The prospects of spring will soon be seen! I am already excited as a new baseball season gets ready to start, and warmer temperatures will let us out of our houses to enjoy the sunshine and activities that go with it. New life will be shooting out of trees and plants everywhere. It is a brand new season for us to enjoy. With all new seasons comes new opportunities and obstacles. Such is the case with new seasons in life. Some of you will begin making some crucial decisions concerning the next "season" of life. You will be graduating from high school soon and making a decision of where you will go on and continue you education, whether with books, hands-on experience, or on the job training. You will be moving out of your parents home (we hope) and looking to start your own home. As this new season approaches, there will be opportunities and obstacles along the way. You will have opportunities to get involved in the Lord's work as you have never had before, but you will also have the obstacles of Satan's temptations grow in number as well. Whether you are a senior or a freshman in high school, the quality of your decisions now will greatly affect what kind of a season you will have. Don't fear the new opportunities; don't be tripped up by the new obstacles. Keep your eyes on your Savior and His will for you!
Until Next Month, Pastor Wilson
